If you’re familiar with our fare, you know of our delectable original dishes. For starters, choose Ahi Tuna Ceviche from the Tapas Y Botanas section. This is an appetizer of Tequila lime marinated Ahi tuna with fresh tomatoes and avocados. Keep up the zest with our Citrus Spinach Salad—a mixture of orange and grapefruit segments, fresh blueberries, strawberries and spinach tossed in citrus vinaigrette with goat cheese and candied pecans. Are you hungry yet? Moving on to the main course, we’ll choose Camarones a la Parilla from our Tequila Grill. You’ll love these jumbo shrimp, stuffed with jalapeño pepper and Monterrey Jack cheese, and wrapped in bacon. These are seared on a hot griddle and served on a sizzling platter with cilantro-lime rice and choice of beans. Be sure to save room for the yummy Vanilla Bean Flan.
