Roof Top Patio
Enjoy Sixth Street from above! Our Rooftop Patio has the best view of Sixth Street available. This area can be semiprivate or private. Enjoy the cool misters during the summer months or heaters when it cools off! A very casual scene with loads of Austin style. Accommodations for up to 200 guests are available.
Mezzanine
A casual setting perfect for smaller cocktail style events. This area is semiprivate and accommodates up to 40 guests seated. A cocktail server is included for the convenience of your guests.
Cactus Room
A unique space for your special event! The Cactus Room maintains the same industrialized nineteenth century décor of the restaurant. This provides you & your guests privacy but still maintains the feel of being on downtown 6 th street with its enclosed patio & private bar. This room seats 90 guests and can accommodate up to 125 guests for cocktail style functions. Microphone, DVD player, A/V Screen, dedicated staff and white linen table cloths are included. Side entrance.

Patio
Shaded by trees and accented with a large wall fountain, our outdoor patio is the perfect area to enjoy beautiful Austin weather. This area can be semiprivate or private. Accommodations for up to 75 guests seated or 100 cocktail style are available.
The Loft
Just located off the main dining room, the loft's high ceilings and natural light are just right for your small gatherings. This semi-private room accommodates up to 25 guests seated.
Cactus Room
A completely enclosed room, a rarity in North Austin! Great for private dinners, lunches, and corporate meetings. This room accommodates up to 40 guests seated or up to 50 guests for cocktail style functions. The room is equipped with a projection screen, Complimentary Wireless Internet, dedicated staff.
Agave Room
This large open space radiates out from our curved bar and boasts marble tables and suspended blue lighting. With a large stage in the center, this unique space is ideal for multiple functions, from hosting great live bands to conducting classroom style seminars. The small agave side sits next to the patio and accommodates up to 60 guests, while the large agave side seats up to 80 guests.

Cactus Room
The Cactus Room provides a birds-eye view of Main Street in a historical, private setting. Customized for your group the Cactus Room features a full-service private bar, DVD/MP3 player, A/V connections, complimentary wireless internet, dedicated staff and linen table cloths. This room accommodates 60 guests seated or up to 110 guests for cocktail style functions.
Tapas & Margarita Bar
For receptions and a sophisticated atmosphere the second level features a half-moon Tapas (appetizer) bar, for show cooking. (The bar extends into a circle to include a fullsize bar, tequila wall, margarita machines and all your favorite cocktails.) This area works very well in conjunction with the Cactus Room for groups up to 150. This space is also available as a complete 2nd Floor buy-out. The second level includes a dining patio with a view of Pegasus Plaza.
Plaza Dining
Let your group enjoy preferred dining in the Plaza Dining room. Featuring retractable glass doors to create an open-air dining room and view of Pegasus Plaza. Experience the Iron Cactus touch when you walk in, with fresh tortillas being made and full service bar. Your group will enjoy being the center of attention. Booth, dining and patio seating is available for up to 70 people and 125 for cocktail receptions.

Pegasus Plaza
We promise an unbelievable night under a canopy of downtown lights. Your group up to 2000 can have exclusive use of Pegasus Plaza and the Iron Cactus. Direct access for your group from the steps of the Iron Cactus to Pegasus Plaza the possibilities are unlimited. Feature music artists, staging, lighting, live entertainment and shows.

The Agave Room
A unique space for your special event! The Agave Room has an open tapas grill and its own bar. This area maintains the same overall theme as the restaurant, and can be private or semi-private. The room has a small stage and can accommodate 20-100 seated guests or up to 125 guests for cocktail-style functions. Microphone, DVD/MP3 player, complimentary Wireless Internet, and dedicated staff are included.
Patio on the Riverwalk
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Riverwalk from our beautiful brick patio! Separated from foot traffic by a large stone planter box and shaded by trees, the patio is one of the largest on the entire Riverwalk. This area can be private or semi-private if you just need a portion for your event. This space is a casual scene with loads of San Antonio style. Accommodations for up to 120 guests are available.
Upper Dining
A casual setting perfect for smaller events. This area is semi-private and can be opened to the Patio and Riverwalk in cooler weather. It accommodates up to 46 seated guests.

Host an entirely private event with accommodations for up to 300 guests! Nothing beats the atmosphere of the Riverwalk with live music. Be creative and theme each area for a spectacular night of food, entertainment and drink.
Private Event Accomodations
Minimums
Minimum expenditures are in food and beverage and before tax and gratuity. An event charge up to the minimum will be imposed if the minimum is not met. All parties will be charged 8.25% tax and 20% gratuity. Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a tax-exempt certificate prior to the event.
Reservations
Your event will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract, including a credit card number. Iron Cactus will “hold” dates for guests although any date held will be considered tentative until receipt of a signed contract. Payment in full is required at the close of your event or the credit card on file will be billed.
Menus & Guest Guarantees
In arranging for private functions, the menu must be selected 7 days prior to the event. A final guest count is due two days in advance of your event by 2:00 PM or the expected number will become your guarantee, not subject to reduction. You will be charged based on this guaranteed guest count plus any additional guests that may attend. Iron Cactus prepares for up to 10% above the guaranteed guest count. A reduction in your number of guests will not lower the agreed upon minimum in food and beverage.

Beverages
You may choose to offer an Open Bar, Limited Bar or Cash Bar with liquor, beer, or wine, or a combination of these offerings. There is a $100 flat fee for use of a cash bar. This fee is applied to cover bar staffing. All non-alcoholic beverages are included with your meal with the exception of bottled water. This does include soda, iced/hot tea, coffee and juices.
